Under the auspices of the Government of National Unity, the Libya-China Forum will be held in June, in a move aimed at strengthening cooperation and integration relations between Libya and the People’s Republic of China. This event is a strategic platform to reactivate the economic and trade partnership and open wide horizons for Chinese companies to return to the Libyan market and contribute to reconstruction and development efforts.
The forum comes at a vital time that reflects the desire of both sides to build a common future based on mutual interests, and affirms Libya’s commitment to creating an attractive investment environment, enhancing opportunities for cooperation in the fields of infrastructure, energy, transport, communication, education and other vital sectors.
The forum is expected to be attended by high-level officials, businessmen and investors from both countries, which will enhance the chances of concluding partnerships and agreements that serve the path of sustainable development in Libya and consolidate its position as a strategic partner for China in the region.
