economic and investment ties between the State of Libya and the People&#8217;s Republic of China, and in implementation of the economic agreement concluded between the two friendly countries represented by the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Libya (CCPIT) and the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade (GLUCC), in order to develop procedures for granting visas, residencies, legal procedures and licences necessary for establishing various projects.<\/li><li>Resolving disputes between companies and businessmen in either country through the conciliation and arbitration office established by a decision of the board of directors of the Joint Chamber and providing advice and possible assistance for the establishment of joint companies in accordance with the provisions of Libyan and Chinese legislation<\/li><li>Contribute, co-operate and work on issuing a unified economic guide to introduce companies, factories, investors and businessmen to the products and economic institutions of both countries, especially for valid member
